Kerry McGrath

Counsellor

As a holistic, client-centered therapist, I offer an individualized and trauma-sensitive approach that honours each person’s unique story and healing journey. My clinical work is grounded in a collaborative and insight-oriented framework, where understanding is not viewed as static but as something that evolves through reflection, curiosity and lived experience. I draw from experiential and play-based modalities to create a safe and engaging space to express yourself authentically.
